1. LADIES
This 8-week Program aims at creating awareness on specific Women’s
Reproductive conditions and illnesses. These Ladies are equipped with
information on available the interventions.

1. Infections of the Reproductive System
2. Reproductive Tract Cancers
3. Pelvic Floor Relaxation/ Pelvic organ prolapse
4. Sexual Dysfunctions
5. Incontinence: Urine, Stool, Flatus
6. Understanding Peri-menopause and Menopause
7. Nutrition and Exercises
8. Understanding Infertility in Women
9. Mental Health and Wellness
Ladies 20 years and above attend 1 session per week on Thursdays 7.00pm- 9.00pm E.A.T. The cost of the Program is Kes18,000/ (180 USD). The payments can be made once or in two installments, 1st week Kes 9,000/ and on the 4th week Kes 9,000/. The next intake starts on 17th.6.2021. The registration fee is Kes1, 000/ (10 USD).
2. GENTLEMEN
This 7-week Program aims at creating awareness on specific Men’s
Reproductive conditions and illnesses. These Gentlemen are equipped
with information on the available interventions.

The total cost of the program is Kes 16, 000/ (160 USD). The payments can be made once or in two installments, 1st week Kes8, 000/ and on the 4thweek Kes 8, 000/. The next intake starts on 19th .6.2021. Registration fee is Kes1, 000/ (10 USD).
